Inspect: Front Cowl - Okay___ Cracked/Scratched ____
You may want to give your car a facelift!
Inspect: Rear Body - Okay___ Cracked/Scratched ____
Inspect: Glass for breaks, scratches, worn rubbers
Windshield rattles are not expensive to repair
Inspect: Lights ( Head, Rear, Brake Turn signal) and horn
We want to ensure that these items worked at first.
Inspect: Seats for wear, hinge operation, tighten
It doesn't take much to upholster Golf Car Seats
Inspect: Top of Sun roof - Cracked ___Weathered ___
The Arizona Sun can reek havoc with your roof
Inspect: Struts for looseness - tighten
Over time your roof supports will loosen
Listen - unusual noises, squeaks, rattles etc.
Again over time you will be amazed that bolts seem to loosen
Inspect - Ride height, level or list to side?
One person riding in a car over time will cause stress on that side of the car
Battery/Power/Charger Circuit Compartment
Apply neutralizing solution
We'll get rid of that acid buildup for you.
Wash Batteries and Battery Compartment
It always looks nice when its clean
Check Battery water level - top off
Check your water often to ensure it is above the battery plates
Check battery cables (Breaks/Connectivity/Sulphate)
Sulphation decreases conductivity& power and creates heat
Protect Terminals:
Paint terminals cleaner than WD40 - looks better
Verify Battery Age ___________ Sulphated ________
If older and bulging (not you - the batteries!) you may want a load test
Hydrometer Test battery cells (Extra Charge)
If your Batteries are older we can perform the next tests selectively
Load Test Batteries (Extra Charge)
Draw Test Batteries (Extra Charge)
Check Accessory Wiring (Breaks/connectivity/Loose)
Cracked wiring can lead to these accessories not working later
Check fuse holder and fuse
Rust, dirt and seized could cause problems later
Check Charger circuit wiring (Breaks/Connectivity)
Wear on the DC contacts, Wiring cracked or burnt can cause problems
Connect Charger - Good Amps? ____
Did the amp guage show 15 to 20 amps. Your car runs better fully charged
Check Solenoid or Resistor wiring (Breaks/connectivity)
Brittle and cracked wiring can lead to long walks
Check Motor Circuit Wiring (Breaks/Connectivity)
Ditto to the above
Check Accelerator operation - lubricate (with car jacked)
Easy and smooth to operate
Check Micro Switch operation with above
You want your car to operate smoothly through all the gears
Check F & R shifter wiring (Breaks/Connectivity)
You don't want to break your wrist trying to shift from forward to reverse
Lube Forward and Reverse Shifter
Operation should be easy both ways
Check F & R shifter for tightness and correct adjustment

Mechanical
Check Fluids: Differential and Rear Axle
No oil leads to bad differentials
Inspect/Lube/Adjust brakes and cable
When you need to stop you need to stop
Check Front End Alignment
Let's make those tires last as long as possible
Check Steering Operation
It's nice to be able to steer a straight and narrow line
Lube Front and Rear Shocks
Bounce back S/B 2 to 3 times, Lube to prevent squeaks RWP - EC
Lubricate all Cables, Linkages and Hinges
Includes accessory hinges - prevent squeaks wipe off excess oil
Check tire pressure and adjust if necessary
Check for dry rot on sides, pressure S/B 25PSI
Lubricate all grease zerts and front linkage
Spin tires and listen for bad/lack of grease in bearings
Silicone spring bushings and shackles
Pay attention to bushings and pins are they worn?
General
Road Test Vehicle
You should notice a difference
Wash and dry car exterior, rubber mats and roof
It's nice to get it back clean inside and out
